Executive oversight for film and television studio operations; contract negotiations, policies, procedures, job descriptions, staffing, training, evaluations, process improvements, studio and production services, annual operating budgets for studios in California, United Kingdom, Hungary, and China. 

Contract negotiations with multi-national media conglomerates for leasing of real property, labor, equipment. and services, including contracts with ABC/Disney, Marvel Entertainment, Paramount Pictures/CBS, Amazon Studios, Fox Entertainment, Warner Brothers, and numerous others.  In addition, negotiations to secure strategic international service partnerships, for lighting, post-production, transportation, power and distribution, FF&E, and more.

President of Giant Entertainment & Management Inc., a California Corporation founded in 2013, providing studio development services to international clients.  Founder of International Mobile Studios LLC to provide necessary and affordable studio infrastructures (soundstages, offices, workshops, and related development services) to a global production industry.

Advocate, participant, and financial supporter of non-profits including Independence Meals On Wheels, delivering meals to those in need; Calvary Community Church, addressing food insecurities and temporary shelters; Roy W. Dean Foundation; in support of documentary filmmakers that inform truths in efforts to make a positive impact on audiences and society.
